Jennifer Macaulay has a PhD in Organizational Psychology from the University of Washington, where she specialized in the study of leadership. She has over 20 years experience teaching, researching and consulting in organizational and leadership effectiveness. Her clients have ranged from universities and large, Fortune 500 companies to small start-ups and not-for profits. Jennifer focuses her consulting services on Executive Coaching, Assessment and Team Development and Training.
In 2010 Jennifer founded Macaulay Consulting to focus her consulting services on Executive Coaching, Assessment and Team Development. Prior to Macaulay Consulting, Jennifer was the managing partner at the Nofsinger Group. In her nine years with Nofsinger, Jennifer worked with many local and national companies helping to assess leadership and provide leadership development services. Previous to this, Jennifer spent 10 years as a research scientist at the Battelle Seattle Research Center focusing her consulting and research efforts on organizational effectiveness issues.
Dr. Macaulay has been an Instructor in the Psychology Departments at the University of Washington and Seattle Pacific University. Courses included Leadership and Motivation, Industrial/Organizational Psychology and the Psychology of Gender Differences. Jennifer donates her time to teach leadership and team skills to Washington State high school students in positions of student-leadership. Through this experience, Jennifer became a certified "ropes course" or "outdoor adventure learning" instructor.
